There are so many beautiful places to see in Vancouver it is hard to decide what to see first. If you live in Vancouver than you know that it can be hard to decide what to do with all the options for restaurants and entertainment. When you are deciding where to have portrait photos done for whatever reason, there are a few key points to keep in mind.

The first thing to keep in mind when deciding on Brisbane portrait photography location is the mood you what to portray in your photo. For a mysterious look you are able to find many textured walls around town that will make any body’s skin look as smooth as a baby’s bottom next to the texture of brick or concrete. Unless you are a Graff writer, hip hop dancer or MC it is best to stay away from walls that have graffiti tags on them, these kinds of photos have been over done and most of the time the colors on the wall blend with the person being photographed.

If you treat yourself as a spirited individual with loads of energy

By Jerry J. Jansen On February 7, 2010 NO COMMENTS

For those looking to drastically improve their photography, finding the right DSLR can be difficult, especially if you don’t know what you are looking for. Here are 3 of the highest rated digital SLR cameras.

Should I buy a new DSLR digital camera online?

The decision to buy a DSLR camera is a major one because DSLRs are so much more expensive and the equipment is filled with features that can easily confuse you. Keep in mind, however, that if you want to take photography seriously, then it is important that you have your own DSLR. It gives you greater flexibility in your shots because you will be able to manipulate the settings of a DSLR. Here are the other features of a DSLR which you can’t find in a point and shoot:

1. Interchangeable lenses. Do you wish to try macro or sports photography? Now you don’t have to worry about buying a separate camera to do this. By changing lenses, you can now shoot different subjects,

2. Manual controls are important if you want to explore your skills but if you don’t wish to be bothered by settings, then you can use auto controls which are already built in with many digital

Photographer Saves My Christmas Worries

By Jerry J. Jansen On February 6, 2010 NO COMMENTS

I’m looking for a present for my Nan that is going to be treasured for many years to come.

She only lives in a small bedsit, so it can’t be something that is going to take up too much room. I considered a lovely jewellery piece, but if the truth be told, she has such an abundance of jewellery that I have decided against this.

I would love to get her something special that is unique to her.

Suddenly out of the blue it struck me, why not book a session with our local Brighton Photographer. He captured my wedding day so beautifully so I know he would treat us well and produce some brilliant photos.

I want a family portrait taken, but not one of those stuffy pictures where they make you look like somebody you wouldn’t resemble in a million years. It just doesn’t appeal to me to be made up to look like people we aren’t. I want him to capture the real us, as we are everyday – warts and all.    After all, we are who we are and no amount of fancy makeup and clothing is going to change this.

That’s another gift done and dusted, if only everybody

Wedding Photography is an Art

By Jerry J. Jansen On February 5, 2010 NO COMMENTS

As far as creativity is concerned, wedding photography has come a long way. Taking pictures has become an art. Surely, the lenses and camera play a great role in capturing the great images but the right passion and feelings captured depends upon the photographer’s imagination and artistic ability. Brisbane wedding photographers stand out in this art and recognize the elements involved in capturing the perfect look and that too without the need of posturing in front of a camera.

The art of wedding photography includes capturing the nervous energy along with the love, feeling of anticipation and coyness of the bride that makes taking pictures a pleasure both for the photographer and the memories captured by his camera. West Sussex wedding photographers do keep in mind the importance of using a right type of Brisbane portrait photography equipments, but they also believe that eventually it is the right moment captured by the camera that makes the complete wedding occasion so beautiful and memorable.

Brisbane wedding photography as a profession was not pursued by many. However, nowadays change in trends have been witnessed with the rising demands of London and Brisbane wedding photographer . Some of the main characters of the wedding photography include beauty photography,

Why attend a photography class?

By Jerry J. Jansen On February 4, 2010 NO COMMENTS

Next to paintings, photographs are considered as one of the most interesting visual means of communication there is. Through the years, those who were not endowed with the natural knack for drawing or painting were able to shift their “eye” for the beautiful using not brushes and paints but a digital camera, an apparatus that records images.

Learning the basics

After discovering the beauty of photography, more and more people became interested in the craft, devoted their time in discovering and rediscovering its major components, and became self-taught photographers.

Since not everyone does not have enough time and will to learn everything on their own, they often resort to attending photography classes to gain or improve their knowledge in the craft. But before enrolling into any photography class, you must decide first what kind of photography you would want to explore and things you can expect from that class. These are the usual things you can learn in a photography class:

1. The Camera. Essentially, a camera is a light-tight box containing a piece of light-sensitive material either film or digital sensor inside it. The box has a hole (lens) to allow light to enter, a viewfinder and a shutter. Usually,
